Here I am: with my mind and heart
Casting such little light on the path
We evolve in waves, in cycles and tides
It’s like a carousel ride on a magical mystery tour.
We either see a little further,
step by step, length by length, or
Suddenly attain a summit
And connect the dots - in retrospect
Understanding the contours of
our own life’s unique landscape.
Letting go of the goal of full and complete comprehension
is an act of both humility and realism
Which frees us, to live in the radiant moment, extricated from the past and what has gone before
Which frees us, from our limited vision
And our egoistic interpretations.
Which frees us.
