When Clouds Align

Meanwhile,

far away and on high,

the golden clouds of

the end of day

wore their favourite upsweep 'do'.

From high atop a distant peak

they began their roll...

to present themselves,

(it seemed in dreams)

to me... only me.

They clearly stated I was worthy

despite doubts,

fears,

nervous anticipations.

'You're 'IT',

and quite a bit, too'

they rumbled and cheerfully grumbled,

making me laugh at myself.

If these glorious tresses of

Madame Nature herself

said so...

WHO on earth was I to disagree?
