Traversing Globe on the Wings of Books

On the wings of books

I traverse globe

Pass through babbling brooks

Almighty's abode in horizon

Meet Fair Science

Converse with knowledge

That opens it's ample pages

Rich with the pearls of wisdom

Read many a nation's history

See lands smiling with plenty

Sages opening the gates of mercy

Men and women sometimes happy

Other times appear woeful worried

Rainbow journey of humanity

The artless tales of simple folks

The longings and lingering of youth

The words of Muse

Holy texts all screwed

Legendary and exemplary life stories

Of men of letters unseen

Gem,they were all so serene

Books are treasure troves

They embrace all

Evoke past ,present and future

Perennially rove in eternal life

Portray man's strife

resting my head on books

In the lap of hope I repose

On this earth partaking mirth
