There is something that we know about
everyone we meet in the world and that is
that all of us want to be happy.
By experiencing, by becoming aware
every moment is a given moment.
It is a gift; we haven’t earned it,
we haven’t brought it about in any way.
We have no way of assuring that another
moment will be given to you.
Grateful living is the most valuable thing
that can ever be given to us.
We have to stop; we have to get quiet,
And when we stop, the next thing to do is
To look. To look.
To open your eyes, to open your ears,
To open your nose, to open all your senses
For this wonderful richness that has been
Given to us.
Whatever life has offered you in that present moment, is what you take and go with it.
Stop. Look. Go.
