… and though the pain never really dissipated,
it did shrink out of forefront importance;
its overbearing, near crushing presence taking second place
to all that REALLY mattered to her.
Like the adage, 'If Life gives you lemons, make lemonade',
she chose to knock her troubles way out into 'left field'
and think about the looming sunrise and its promise.
From the first lightening of the horizon;
'sparrow fart' — truly! that's what it's called —
she soaked in the enchantment of its glow;
its possibilities;
its meaning to the sad world,
And she wished ALL could share this exquisite miracle.
LIFE renewed.
